I understand you are experiencing issues with the BitLocker recovery screen, where you are unable to input any characters from your keyboard.

Have you tried using an external keyboard to see if it works on the recovery screen for typing your recovery key?
Did you try using the On-screen Keyboard option, if available?

You can also try disabling the 'Fast Boot' option in the BIOS menu to see if it helps. To do this, turn off your PC completely, then turn it back on. When the manufacturer logo appears, press F2, Del, or ESC to enter the BIOS menu. Check if the 'Fast Boot' option is disabled.
