Hi.

My computer had just been in sleep mode. After opening some programs like Google Chrome and file explorer, my PC suddenly crashed. I don't know why this occurred and this has not really happened before. At least in while.
My screen went black but I think Windows was still running because I could hear a video playing and I was also able to start another video. My fans ran louder but not at 100 % I think. Or maybe it was just my CPU fan that was running at 100 %. After 15-30 seconds with no change, I decided to hit the power button. (Not holding down the button, just lightly tapping it). Afterwards it shut down and then I booted it up again no problem.

I checked the relevant problem reports and they show the following:

Hi there, I've also been having the same issue with no coarse of action helping in said predicament (even after taking my computer in to an accredited computer shop and had been told "nothing is wrong and I couldn't get the problem you had said to occur"). I've followed most of the steps OP had followed within the admin command menu and have yet to finish all of them to continue testing to see if it helps. I was just curious if either you or OP had any success in getting this problem fixed.
