I looked at my account, that is how I know I paid in May 2024.
Contact Microsoft
Is there any way to contact Microsoft without going through their song and dance on their website? I have a question about billing. No matter what I click on it takes me back to the Support page. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to find a way. My spelling is not all that great, when they tell me another way to spell something it doesn't help.

2024-07-05T02:43:26+00:00 I don't want my money back. I thought it was odd, to say the least, how fast the year between May 2024 passed and July 2024.

This is a public forum. For your privacy and security, refund matter cannot be discussed here, nor does anyone helping here have access to such data. You will need to contact support to get it handled. On your computer, launch the Get Help app from the start menu, then type in "billing" as the keyword. On the next page, you can click on "Contact support" button. Then fill out a few more details and you will be directed to the page where you will have the option to chat with a live support agent.
