Updated win 11 software. After update surface pro keeps dropping from the internet. Have followed all troubleshooting advice without success.

Updated win 11 software on surface pro. The wireless mouse was not connecting. After the update, the wireless mouse would still not connect. However, now the internet connection drops. Troubleshoot will eeconnect but then drops after a few minutes.

    After reading what you have posted, I understand that your Surface Pro device is repeatedly disconnecting from the Internet after updating to Windows 11, as well as your wireless mouse is failing from time to time. And that you have tried many troubleshooting suggestions.

    I hate to believe that a single system update could cause damage to your device. So, we are going to start by troubleshooting possible faults at the driver level, please refer to the steps below:

    First of all, I would like to know what generation Surface Pro you are currently using in order to provide you with possible driver and firmware installation packages.

    Of course, you can also go to the following link to find the firmware package for your model and download it yourself:

    If the issue still persists after installed the driver and firmware, we recommend you run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit to diagnose your Surface device.

    Since you currently have some network environment, you can still try to get support for the following.
