Windows connectivity issue

Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2364)

I've only recently noticed an issue with my laptop’s network connectivity. Although it is connected to our home Wi-Fi and I can browse the internet, play games, and perform other online activities without problems, the network status indicator (bottom-right corner) displays "No Internet, secured."

This status doesn’t impact my daily usage, but it prevents me from performing Windows or driver updates, as the system mistakenly believes it is not connected to the internet.

I’ve attempted network resets and several basic troubleshooting techniques without success.

Hi, good day! I'm Nals and I'll be happy to assist you today.

Have you checked if other devices in your home are also showing the same "No Internet, secured" status?

Please try the following steps and see if that helps

    1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
    2. Expand the Network adapters section.
    3. Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter and select Disable.
    4. Wait a few seconds and then right-click again to select Enable.

Restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Nals
