Windows 11, why cant I add printer

Removed printer as it was off line, now i can not add the printer. Did restart etc but nothing.

    Based on your feedback, you are experiencing the issue of deleting a printer and I can't add it back in

    You can try the following:

    Then check again to see if your printer can be added to the device.
