Oh also I just realized that what I had said in the first message was incorrect. Specifically "listen to this microphone" is stuck on, changing what microphone the computer is using doesn't seem to do anything. I've also tried unplugging it and plugging it back in as that did fix the issue on the past, but it's had no effect this time around. Also I'm not sure why I said the incorrect information at first, I was pretty tired so maybe that was why. Either way, I apologize.
Microphone problem
I reinstalled windows on my computer recently, and now my microphone is stuck on headphone mode

In Sound settings, go to Input and in the Choose your input device and change it to the one you want.

When all updates have been installed, then try again.
