website shows error : 80040154 Class not registered

I had developed some dlls in vb6. Now I want to use that dlls with asp.net. I have added dlls with Add Reference option and website is running successfully, but when I published, installed on server and run website - website shows error : Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {80765173-36F7-407D-BC85-E23253E824E7} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). Please Help
