Please read carefully and it's a lengthy one.

I have created a recovery drive when I purchased my laptop(window 10).

After some time, my laptop had some issues so official service centre guy replaced my mother board.

So after that I have upgraded the system to windows 11.

But after some time I have been noticing that there is increased cpu usage and ram.

So i decided to use the recovery partition that was created when I purchased.

So i did so..but got an problem. Problem is what should I choose from the image

Hi Deekshith,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Yes, the TPM must be cleared after recovery. Please press F12. TPM stores the PIN hashes, but as the data was removed from the drive i.e. the PIN data, the TPM must be cleared.

Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. If you have no other questions, you can close the thread and rate it. All the best.
