    Thanks for the screenshot.

    I suggest performing a clean install of the Bluetooth adapter driver as instructed below.

    Before starting the procedure, download the latest Intel Bluetooth driver for your computer from the link below.

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp138501-139000/...

    Source: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-pavilio...

    Disconnect from the internet to prevent Windows from installing the driver automatically.

    (Turn off Wi-Fi or disconnect the Ethernet cable during the entire procedure.)

    Uninstall the current driver:

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Bluetooth";
    3. Right-click on the Intel Wireless Bluetooth adapter and select "Uninstall device";
    4. On the confirmation screen, check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Ok";
    5. Restart the PC.

    Then, run the driver installer you downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

    Then, see if the system will work stable.

    If the BSOD occurs again, share the minidump created by it. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    One of the minidumps mentions a Bluetooth related driver. The other minidumps don't mention drivers. Only generic system files.

    The Bluetooth driver is a good clue.

    I checked the HP website to check the latest Bluetooth driver for your laptop, but I noticed that your laptop model may have an Intel or Realtek Bluetooth adapter.

    Please go to Device Manager and share a screenshot of your laptop's Bluetooth adapter.

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Bluetooth".

    Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    You may have several devices in the Bluetooth category. Share a screenshot that shows all devices if you are not sure which Bluetooth device is your laptop adapter.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please share the minidump files.

    (Do not share the MEMORY.DMP file as it may contain personal information. Only share the minidump files.)

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
