Error "Something went wrong." keeps appearing when I send a verification code to unlock my account.

The error "Something went wrong." keeps appearing when I send a verification code to unlock my account, and it sends the code but doesn't send me to the page to enter the code.

I also can't use the account recovery method because it has unanswerable questions. I need help, please.

    In your description, you were prompted with the Something went wrong error when sending a verification code to unlock your Microsoft account.

    Please refer to the steps below to contact our account online support staff

    Please click on the link below and sign in to your Microsoft account at the top right, or if you are temporarily unable to sign in, please create a new Microsoft account and sign in.

    1 Click on this icon

     

    2 Click on "Get Home Support" on the left hand side.

     

    3 Type "account" in the search box and click on "Get Help" at the bottom.

     

    4 Then click on "Contact Support" at the bottom of the screen.

     

    5 Select "Windows" for Products and Services, select "Manage Account Security" for the category, and click the Confirm button.

     

    6 Then select Chat with Support Agent in Web Browser
