I just got several notifications from the same software. RAV endpoint protection by Reasonlabs. I did not install it; it was installed by an unrelated program I installed. After some investigation, it seems that I accepted the software unwittingly as it was hidden in the fine print of the user agreement. I really hate it when a program installs additional software and tries to hide it as an optional extra without making it crystal clear. It actually installed 3 programs from reason labs, Safeweb, RAV Endpoint & RAV VPN. So annoying. It is malware and bloatware and it's also not very good.
RAV Endpoint Protection is it real or a malware/scam/fake?
Out of the blue, I got a notification from RAV Endpoint Protection. I looked into it and have signed up, as Norton is getting ridiculously expensive. But looking at the chatter, I am unsure if it is a bonified anti-virus/protection or a scam just 'PRETENDING' to be software. I have only paid for a quarter and used PayPal. I like the program if it does what it says it does. MY WORRY IS COLLECTING MY DATA AND GIVING IT TO SCAMMERS UNDER THE PRETENSE OF BEING AN ANTI-VIRUS ALTERNATIVE TO NORTON 360. Can anyone please advise precisely what this is?

Yes same here, not sure how it was downloaded but I have the same 3 progams installed on my computer from reason labs.... Safeweb, RAV Endpoint & RAV VPN . Removing them now with Revo uninstaller. So annoying even if they are legitimate programmes I won't take a 2nd look at them because of the underhanded way they were downloaded.

Let me help you with this issue.
I understand you need to check if RAV Endpoint Protection is a legitimate AV software or not.
RAV Endpoint Protection is a safe and legitimate AntiVirus software.
If you have downloaded it from the official website reasonlabs.com then you have installed the correct software.
