I have done both of these, cant use the display adapter from the manufacturers website as they are so out of date, but i have done ddu for my card in safe mode then updated to latest graphics driver i didn't crash once last night watching netflix but hopefully it is sorted, thanks very much for you your help. i have like ryzen 7800X3D and a shappire 7900xt had a lot of issues at the start just hoping i am getting somewhere now.

Completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

If that does not resolve the problem, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of network drivers they provide.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your log only lists DirectX errors, there is no specific cause indicated, please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing.

    1
What happens when you PC crashes, does it black screen or blue screen, or does it freeze up or just shut down instantly with no warning, or is there an error message?

    2
What are you doing on your PC when it crashes, is it any specific task that causes the crash?

i am watching netflix then my system lock ups have to restart pc to be able to do anything tried 2 different browsers still have the same issue

only when i am doing that as when i game i have no issues. checked event viewer but not seeing anything, but when it crashed black screen as pc fully locks up.
