Thanks, Angelo. Memtest86 is the best option and very reliable.
Did you try toggling CSM in BIOS and then try to boot?

Good day! I have been getting back to back BSODs. i already updated all windows update and did a factory reset on my pc i also upgraded my win 10 to win 11 pro and the problem still persists. also did a sfc scannow and chkdsk command on cmd and apparently there were no issues.
there were a lot of errors but the most prevalent one was: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL What failed: ntoskrnl.exe
I have also been getting other BSOD messages like DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and other uncommon reasons.
Ps i don't have windows 11 pro activated (it expired) so that might be one of the reasons.

Hello Sumit, is there any alternatives on memory checking instead of memtest? i did the instructions on the forums but the usb drive that i have doesn't seem to appear on my BIOS. i did a little investigating and found out that apparently it isnt bootable.
"An error occurred while executing syslinux. Your USB drive won’t be bootable."
Thank you. Different BSOD codes usually mean memory corruption so keep us posted.
Thanks for the reply Summit! ill do the memory test and post it here asap.
as for my specs,

Hi Angelo,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
You need to buy the license of the OS first. This isn't related to BSODs though.
Looks like a Memory test is required.
I suggest you running a memory test for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
