When did the issue started? Are there any recent changes made on the computer before the issue starts?
If the issue started just recently and you're not aware of any changes made, you may try and perform system restore to revert those changes made and take the computer settings back to an earlier point where everything works fine
- Open the execution box by pressing Windows key + R and type rstrui.exe then press enter.
- System restore windows will open. It will usually suggest a restore point (sometimes not), if it does, select the 2nd option to select more restore points.
- Select the date and time of the desired restore point.
- Once selected, press next and finish.
Windows will restart to start system restore. System restore may take some time to complete and it is very important that the system restore is not interrupted during the restore process as it could damage the operating system. System restore will take at least 20 minutes or more, depending on the contents of your computer and any configuration changes that were made prior to the selected date. System Restore will also remove any applications, updates, and drivers installed before the selected date.
