    Hi WiraKusuma. My name is Ivan, and I am an Independent Assessor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.

    1. Your Microsoft account may only show partition D because it does not recognize the BitLocker drive (C:) due to the Crowdstrike error.
    2. If your C drive has BitLocker enabled but was not managed by Microsoft Intune, the recovery key will not be stored in the device list of your Microsoft account.

    To find the BitLocker key for your C drive:

    1. If BitLocker was not centrally managed, you may have saved the recovery key locally. Common locations include:

    *Hard copy

    * Text file on another drive (D:)

    * Cloud storage

    1. If your organization manages BitLocker centrally, your IT administrator may have the recovery key.
