Net framework 4.8 iinstall

hi when I want install Net Framework 4.8 i have this error message "Exe (C:\4b0510c9ad46417982b563f5\x64-Windows10.0-KB4486153-x64.cab) failed with 0x80092004 - Cannot find object or property.
