Settings app does not open

I have a problem with my settings app, no matter how I open it, it does not seem to want to open, and I have tried the same on a different user, on their account, the settings app DID open, is there a way to get the settings app open

I feel like I have to specify, the user was the original user for the computer

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Settings

    hello ,

    I'm Ashok independent advisor also user.

    I see you have problems with settings app.

    If other user is admin privileges I guess your problematic user profile corrupted.

    You can try by using settings>search for profile >and delete and recreate it possible.

    If doesn't work I can rerouted to Microsoft
