I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please ensure to update Windows to the latest version. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates and install any available updates. Please also make sure Minecraft and all Xbox apps/services are up-to-date. Open the Microsoft Store app > click Library > click Get Updates.
If the problem persists, try repairing the application. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Look for Minecraft Launcher and click Advanced Options > click Repair. If the repair doesn't help, try resetting the app. Follow the same steps, click Reset under Advanced options. Restart your computer then try opening the game again.
