Anonymous
2024-07-02T02:10:26+00:00

Hello, I've recently been having very frequent BSODs, seems most reproducible when gaming - every few minutes.

Things I've tried:

  • reseat M.2 drives
  • reseat memory
  • reseat GPU
  • update GPU drivers
  • checked NVMe drive firmware (latest)
  • checked NVMe drive manufacturer drivers (latest)
  • Windows Updates (latest)
  • checked overclock (none enabled)
  • SFC (clean)

Open to suggestions.

    Thank you.

    Right-click Start>Run.

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

    Thank you.

Could you please run Prime95 test and let me know the results?

Sorry. This is a Ryzen 5950X in an Asus C8H Wifi, so I don't think IPDT applies. I've confirmed that overclock is set to manual with no modifications to default/base settings.

    Hi Chris,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Some server error prevented me from accessing the dump files.

    WHEA is usually your Processor.

Please disable Overclocking and XMP profiles until we complete troubleshooting. If you do not know about Overclocking, your device likely does not have it enabled.

Download IPDT tool and run the same:

    Let us know the outcome.
