I have the exact same problem. Freshly installed Win11 IoT Enterprise LTSC.

I am not able to access all the windows defender options since all the links point to the Windows Security app.

This way you're not able to setup any form of security.

If those commands did not work, it may not be possible to install Windows Security into that version of Windows.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That version of Windows does not have the underlying infrastructure to run UQP apps, and if you got them to install, they may be unstable, try this method to install Windows security, it may or may not work.

Click your Start Button, then just type Powershell and on the resulting list, right click PowerShell and select 'Run as Administrator'.

Paste this command into Powershell and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

When that completes, paste this command into Powershell and press Enter:

    Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppXManifest.xml"

Close PowerShell and restart (not shut down) your PC
