    Hello Nigel,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

It seems that you are having trouble deleting a Word Document from your device.

    1. Could you please let us know the exact location of the file or folder located?
    2. Are you able to delete other files or folders from the same location Or in a different location?

The error code is related to your OneDrive files and folders which stops you from moving/copying or deleting the files from the location. You could try turning on the OneDrive files on-demand feature and see if it helps. To do that,

    a. Right-click the OneDrive icon on the taskbar.

    b. Select Settings.

    c. In the settings tab, Turn on and off the files-on-demand feature.

To know more about files on demand, see the article below:

If you are still experiencing issues, try resetting OneDrive.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N

    Looks like a Onedrive issue:

    As administrator run

    cmd.exe

    %localappdata%MicrosoftOneDriveonedrive.exe /reset

    exit

    Restart PC
