Update error Windows

I'm getting errors while installing some security updates on my computer. This computer is really giving me headache! Is there someone who could help?

    Hi Harold, This is Ramesh.

    Are you trying to install the latest quality update? What was the error code?

    Please post a screenshot of the error message window when installing the security updates.

    Also, run winver.exe and note the OS version and build number. Post the information here.
