This is the screen I get once the PC is turned on.

It seems my computers windows files was randomly corrupted.
The only computer I have working is my M3 Mac.
I'm unsure which windows file I should download.

Please provide more detail on this problem you have, are you unable to get into Windows, and is that error code on a blue or a black screen, or are you able to get into Windows and that error code appears, please provide a photo of the error your are seeing.
