Windows 11 does not recognise dedicated GPU

Hello i have a Lenovo ideapad that was previously running windows 10 and was all well untill i decided to upgrade to windows 11pro. However after the install and installing all drivers the computer can't seem to recognise my dedicated GPU which is an AMD Radeon the laptop runs an Intel core i5. Can someone kindly guide me on how to get the computer to recognise the GPU thanksbin advance

    Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Device Manager.

    Then, expand Display Adapters.

    Take a screenshot and post in the next reply.
