If you got the following output:

Microsoft (R) MOF Compiler Version 10.0.19041.320
Copyright (c) Microsoft Corp. 1997-2006. All rights reserved.
    Parsing MOF file: cimwin32.mof
MOF file has been successfully parsed
    Storing data in the repository...
    Done!

... but still you get the WMI errors, please repair install Windows 10 using Media Creation Tool.

    1. Download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=2265055

    1. Run MCT and accept the license agreement.
    2. Click "Upgrade this PC now"
    3. This starts the repair installation.

    Hi Kavita, This is Ramesh.

Please try resetting the WMI repository to fix the errors.

From an admin Command Prompt, run these commands:

    net start winmgmt
    winmgmt /backup c:\wmi.bak
    winmgmt /salvagerepository

    If that doesn't help, run:

    winmgmt /resetrepository

Post screenshot of the output window.

    Restart Windows.

Thank you. I tried these commands followed by attempting to rename the folder, I got the same error. I tried that in Safe mode, I was able to rename the repository folder and run reset repository after that, still unable to change the 'Invalid class' for Win32_Processor.

Hi Ramesh, thank you for your reply.

I tried these steps to resolve the 'Invalid class' issue, still unable to fix it. I am on Windows Pro 10 22H2 Service Pack. I am trying to rename the repository folder under  C:\Windows\System32\wbem, it is not allowing me to rename and saying the folder is open in another program. Tried to rename this in SAFE mode, I could rename the folder in SAFE mode. But still getting the same "Invalid Class" for Win32_Processor.

    Hi Kavita,

Before trying to WBEM rename procedure, try these commands:

    cd /d C:\Windows\system32\wbem
    mofcomp cimwin32.mof

    Post the output here.

See if that fixes the errors.
