Problem with updating security updates

Hi there, I've struggled with these updates for about a year! I tried to install them several times but didn't work.

Please help. Thanks.

Security Update for SQL Server 2019 RTM GDR (KB5040986)

Install error - 0x80070643

Security Update for SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 GDR (KB4019091)

Install error - 0x80070643

I'm using win11 x64 by the way.

    Hi! My name is Harsh, and I will hlp you.

    Open Command Prompt as administrator, then run following commands, one by one:

    • reagentc /info
    • reagentc /disable
    • dir c:\windows\system32\recovery /a
    • reagentc /enable

    Then, try installing the update again.
