I got driver IRQL not less or equal BSOD error last hour ago.

<PII Removed>

Tell me each and every detail of this issue. If this is because of driver issue then tell me driver name and details because I have outdated drivers and you might be wondering how I know these outdated drivers, thanks to Avast antivirus it tells me all list of outdated drivers. So instead of Intel, why is Avast telling me outdated drivers. So disappointing @Intel!

    Your minidump file did not list the exact underlying cause of that crash, please wait for your system to crash again and then upload any new minidump file you may get from that crash.

    Can you explain it more "generic RAM corruption errors" ?

    Did your PC only crash once, or is this an on-going problem and if it is, do you have any more minidump files that you can upload for analysis?

    Ans: IRQL error has occured probably 10 times on my laptop from last year upto now. Unfortunately, there is only 1 minidump file available, idk where are others so yea thats it....

    tell me detailed crash cause

    Your minidump file just indicated generic RAM corruption errors as the cause of that crash.

    Did your PC only crash once, or is this an on-going problem and if it is, do you have any more minidump files that you can upload for analysis?

    1. Here you go: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18dBS1qezR27m8Gd0qy4WGUlIprVEmy2w/view?usp=sharing

    above link is of minidump file

    1. As you mentioned, Avast is 3rd party app, so I was saying that I just got recommendations from it, but never installed such drivers.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Your link was removed to protect your privacy because a large Memory.dmp file can contain personal data, please check if there are any minidump files in C:\Windows\Minidump and if there are, please upload them for analysis.

    2

    It is best not to use a 3rd party utility like that Avast function to install/update drivers, they install incompatible drivers and are a major source of blue screens.
