So it started when my clock is not syncing properly and it stop when my pc stop. So decided to to do some troubleshooting. Ive changed my cmos and tried the basic fix that the internet has to offer until ive found a fix that needed to disable the services and boot without the app. Assuming I also disabled the appstore or the pin I am now stuck in the windows menu where it needed pin but i need to setup the pin and everytime I click it, it only loops back to the windows. Ive tried the fix where the command prompt but it is asking me to sign in to my Microsoft account which needs my password but everytime i enter my password it says incorrect. Ive check multiple times but it doesnt seem to accept. My internet is fine and the ive changed my password multiple times to be sure but i cant still login. Is there anyway to login or fix for this. If not i think reset-ng the pc is the best way to solve my issue overall but i want to try to fix it before i go to my last resort.

    Hi FeedingTeemo, This is Ramesh.

It appears that the system was put into diagnostic mode or the Windows services were disabled using Msconfig.exe.

You can revert to the original services configuration and gain access to your account using the following steps:

From another computer, create a Windows 10 USB setup disk.

See: How to Make a Bootable Windows 10 USB Drive:

    https://www.howtogeek.com/787937/how-to-make-a-...

After creating the USB setup disk, boot the computer using it. To do so, you may need to change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings. Consult your system or motherboard manual to learn how to access the UEFI settings for your model.

Boot from the USB setup disk and access WinRE by pressing Shift + F10 at the setup screen.

Then, use the method described in one of the following links to re-enable the default services.

Thank you, this work wonder. It appear that the 'fix' that i was trying to do did disable the default configuration and limit my access. I loginned but the time-stuck problem still persist so i just reformat my computer and install a new driver.
