I need Help I have a Old Laptop and my laptop OS is Windiws 7 and I want to upgrade to Windows 10 When I put my Flash drive to boot It will flash on the screen is Windows 10 logo and almost 1hour did not proceed to Installation.

Unfortunately, seems your laptop does not support Windows 10 latest builds. However, you may check for B/IOS updates or ask manufacturer's support for a clarification.
P.S. I had a similar problem with my old ThinkPad, it worked with initial Windows builds but stopped booting when 1709 appeared.
