Win10 Multi-Session in Azure

Patrick Asaba 1 Reputation point

Hello, what is Win10 Multi-Session + Microsoft 365 Apps? I thought this was solution that would allow Multi AD users to login simultaneously. But I have come to find out the Max allowed was 2 users, is that correct or am I missing something and if so can someone point me to the right direction. Also the AD user are not allowed to use the AD password instead they have to use a pin which I don't really understand. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@Patrick Asaba Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, Thank you for posting your here!!

How many interactive sessions that can be active at the same time relies on your system's hardware resources (vCPU, memory, disk, and vGPU), how your users use their apps while signed in to a session, and how heavy your system's workload is. We suggest you validate your system's performance to understand how many users you can have on Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session. To learn more, see Windows Virtual Desktop pricing

Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session is currently supported to be hybrid Azure AD-joined. After Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session is domain-joined, use the existing Group Policy Object to enable Azure AD registration. For more information, see Plan your hybrid Azure Active Directory join implementation.

Additional Information : please check faq document here

    Hope this helps!

@Ramya Harinarthini_MSFT Thank you welcoming me to the Microsoft Q&A.

On the number users I I have gone through this a couple of times already. I only need 5 users, so just to teat this resized the VM to have 8vCPU, 32 GB RAM and 1024 GB disk. I still have been able to go passed 2 users.

On the joining device - for some reason I don't even have the option. and am running Enterprise. see attachment 97940--3389-remote-desktop-connect.png

Again thank you very much for your response.
