In the BIOS setup, change the operating mode in storage section from RAID to AHCI/NVMe. Save changes and this should bring up the startup settings option in windows recovery environment.
Startup Settings Missing

We have a Dell Latitude 5540 that will not boot to Windows 11 due to a failed antivirus update. We can get to the Advanced Recovery options, but Startup Settings is not an option. Is there not another option to boot into Safe Mode? In my opinion, there should be a checkbox inside the BIOs setup/Boot Config to turn this on.
