    Hello, Bugrahan Terzi

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your feedback. If you are experiencing an issue with JavaScript not executing on Chrome and Opera, and you have confirmed that JavaScript is enabled, your browser is up to date, and you have cleared your cache, then it may be caused by something else. As the two browsers you have described are third party software, I can give you some advice, but if it doesn't work, you will need to contact the technical support for that browser. Before uninstalling and reinstalling your browser, you can try the following steps to diagnose the problem:

Use your browser's No Trace Mode:

Open the Privacy Mode window and visit the site with the problem. This can help you determine if the problem is caused by browser caching or cookies.

Check operating system level antivirus or security software:

Antivirus software or security tools may prevent JavaScript from running. Check your security software settings to see if there are any rules blocking JavaScript.

Disclaimer: Temporarily turn off antivirus protection. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn it on immediately once issue fixed.

Test with a different user account:

Create a new user account on Windows 11 and try using the browser in the new account. This can help you determine if the issue is related to your user profile.

Search for CMD in the search bar and select Run as Administrator.

    net user USERNAME PASSWORD /add

When prompted for a successful command, enter the following command

    net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with your desired account name and password, if you do not need a password, you can not fill in PASSWORD.

If the problem persists, you can contact customer service or technical support at the website you need to visit and ask if there are any known compatibility issues or if other users have reported similar problems.
I look forward to your feedback.

    Best Regards,

    Aaron| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
