PC randomly occuring problem
I don't even know how to explain this, my pc keeps entering like, I'll try to demonstrate it.
Every time I'm in a voice call with someone, this is what they're saying.
Example:
"Hi, so I have a question, how do you update your computer?"
The error:
"Hi, so I- *freezes* I- I- I- h- ave a question, how do you update your computer?"
Basically randomly glitching

Help, task manager says CPU, memory, and disk perfectly normal.
Disk storage is also normal.
Note: It isn't just the audio, it's the screen itself, it glitches like framerate drops.
