NEED HELP

i have a microsoft 11 pro x64 ryzen 5 2400g radeon rx vega 11 integrated and a bluetooth adapter that is 5.0

I have a controller that i have used for a very long time for my pc running games that need controllers,but suddenly it just doesn't work anymore???

i think i have disabled or enabled something in my pc to cause it to not work anymore

i have tried every fix i can find on the internet but they don't work

i was hoping some microsoft worker guy can answer some of my questionss

    2.Yes.I have tested it on my phone

    3.I remember changing sum things with device manager or sum but idk
