Games Crashing

Anonymous

I have been crashing with my games lately. Constant crashing after a few minutes of playing, or even 5 minutes or lesser. Sometimes it takes longer. My PC spec should not be the problem too though.

I have downloaded my Event Viewer for the application logs, filtering the errors and warnings, just in case anyone needs it to help me check on this matter.

That one minidump file just indicated generic errors as the cause of that crash, if this is an on-going problem, do you have any more minidump files that you can upload for analysis?

My bad, I've updated the file. You'll be able to access it now, thanks.

I tried to donwload your file(s) but they are not shared, please try sharing the files again, and let me know here when the file(s) are shared.

Hello Dave, I've done what you told me to.

    https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dhFXg8kXAWM5flUwykIekNPh1dkTKIPI?usp=drive_link

This is the google drive containing the latest minidump, on the 25th of July 2024.

    Thanks!

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
