Hard drive auto format?

Hello

I have 1tb Toshiba hard drive but the problem is whenever I install windows in it. It auto format about 3 to 4 days even if i don't it. And also whenever I save my old data

Can anyone please tell me that whats the problem with it

It might be a controller issue.

Please download and run HDTune Trial or HD Tune Free.

Select the Disk where OS is installed.

Make screenshots of the following

the health.

the error scan.

the benchmark.

Post back the screenshots.
