2024-07-16T22:39:38+00:00 I do not have new minidump files as my system has not crashed. Is there a way to create the files w/o a crash?

2024-07-16T21:11:25+00:00 Hi Jonathon,
Thanks for taking my question(s).
I tried/did all you suggested, and it does not appear to have resolved my issues. In my BIOS under AI Tweaker AI Overclock Tuner I only get Auto, Manual and XMP1 and XMP2 settings for disabling XMP. Not sure what is correct here for disabling XMP.
The BIOS, chipset and drivers seem to be up to date using different means to update those including manufacturers, and ASUS support for the mobo I have. I also used the Intel apps but appears I have the correct drivers.

The minidump you sent indicates that the cause of the BSOD is "GenuineIntel.sys". which is the Intel processor driver.
But it can also be caused by another driver, software or hardware.
You can try the following.
Go to the manufacturer's website and search for your system model.
- Update the BIOS if available.
- Update the chipset and all device drivers.
- Disable all overclocking settings, including XMP profile in RAM.
Also download Intel Driver Support assistant to check if there are any drivers available;
