Explorer.exe Keeps crashing
I work in an organization and a large number of pcs have the same problem where explorer.exe keeps crashing causing the pc to hang is this general windows update problem or what could be the cause I've tried SFC and DISM and I even formatted one of the pcs with fresh windows image and the problem happened again.

Update : Turning off (News And Interests) Through Policy Solved the problem

The problem is I can't seem to figure out what's conflicting with explorer.exe we didn't have this problem before
