Hi, I have been getting random BSODs on my laptop. There are no specific cues that i have noticed like overheating or slow response. The tasks running at the time are fairly minimal as well. Majority being web browsing and Youtube videos.

Stop Code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

Bugcheck Code: 239
Bugcheck Parameters: 0xFFFFA9855E3C4140, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFA9855E3C4140, 0x0000000000000000

No Mini Dump files are being created after the crash. Even after changing System Properties>Startup and Recovery>System Failure settings.

Was able to get Bugcheck information from Event Viewer.

Have tried this( https://www.howtogeek.com/resolve-critical-process-died-error-on-windows-11/ ) full guide.

System Information:

Lenovo Ideapad 3-14IAU7
Intel Core i5 1235U, 8gb RAM, 500gb Storage

Thanks for the info.

Maybe the system is corrupted. Please try an overlay installation to repair the system, go to: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win... to download the ISO, double click to mount it after the download is complete, run setup.exe and select “Upgrade this computer“.

This will not affect your current system configuration or data, but if you decide to do this, I recommend backing up important files.

    Hi,
I have tried to find the dump file everywhere to my extent but couldn't. I am still ready to follow your guidance for it.

This was the last BSOD I encountered around 7:40 PM. 3rd of the day.

The other two are attached below as well.

    Hello, I'm here to help.

Without a dump file, it is difficult to troubleshoot errors.

Can you take a picture of the screen when the blue screen occurs?
