Every time I shut down my computer and turn it back on the computer goes into a black screen then I have to go into automatic repair and do a sfc /scannow in the command and restart, sometimes it doesn't work and i have to repeat the process multiple times.

I've tried resetting my pc and it still doesn't work.

Hi Jason. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.

When was the last time it worked without any problems?

What changes did you make to your computer before the issue started?

While SFC scans for and repairs corrupted system files, have you run DISM as well to complete the system repair?
