Okay I'll do it but could you help me with the Clock_Watchdog_Error and the error (ntoskrnl.exe) if there is any registry key for that or anything that could help to stop or reduce it.

I tried increasing the value intelppms but still there wasn't any change in it.

I have included the reliability report XML file in it too which would you help you to examine things.

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files there is an error intelppm.sys, this is the Intel Processor Power Management which is used to check the performance and cooling of the processor, and for us to sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

    Change IntelPPM Registry value:

Press the Windows key + R then type in:

    Regedit

    Then hit OK

    Navigate: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Intelppm

Double-click on "Start" and change the Value data to 4

Click OK, Close the registry, and restart the PC.

If the issue persists, you may also follow the steps from this link:

I'll share the minidump files after 2 hours as the sign-in options has been disabled for multiples attempts of shutting down ( perhaps because of that bsod errors ).

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using One Drive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
