Windows log in

Hi Team- I have a query regarding logging into the my laptop. I purchased a new laptop Acemagic last week, logged in to set up which I completed and left it locked overnight. The next day, I am trying to log in but does not show the password option which logging in. I did the restart and shift key solution and started in safe mode but of no avail. Can you please suggest a solution.

You can try looking for an "Ease of Access" icon on the login screen (usually a person icon). Click on it and try using the on-screen keyboard to enter your password.

Make sure that the Sticky Keys/Filter Keys are not accidentally turned on, as they can alter keyboard behavior. Also, ensure that the Num Lock key is not activated, it can also interfere with password entry.

If possible, try connecting an external keyboard and check if it works.

Hi,

It sounds like your new laptop isn't showing the usual login screen with the password field.

Enable the built-in Administrator Account as this will let you access administrator account that might help fix the login issue. However, its important to be cautious as this account has high privileges.
