    type verifier in an admin cmd then select Delete Existing Settings -> Finish -> restart pc... You cud do verifier /reset tho but that doesn't always works to removing all existing settings

    Type cmd into search then right click Command Prompt and run as administrator.

    Enter the following command:

    verifier /reset
    

    Restart the computer.
