Attempted to install windows 11 from usb but it seems like the blue screen is prioritised and I cannot access. Please could someone help me..

Yes, the ram product code is within the ASRock b650 list. Do I need to load default settings after clearing cmos?

Did you checked Motherboard manufacturer approved RAM modules.

Remove CMOS battery wait for minutes', then switch on, load bios default

    settings.

Thank you. I have bought now 2 sets of ddr5 now that on the initial pack I thought that the ram couybe faulty but the same happens on the second set purchased. I flashed the latest bios initially to the latest version and that did not change anything but now trying to clear cmos I am not able to get the bios version back to its factory version. Is the cmos clearing not working then?

Might be a RAM module fault, did you insert the recommended validated by MB manufacturer.

For testing use two ram sticks.
