Windows Proxy or Tunnel

Hello,

I have one pc with internet connection and one with no internet connection. Both PCs connected in same LAN, so the PC can communicate each others. Now i just want to know it's possible PC-1 which not have access internet connected to the internet using PC-2? I found some application for make PC-2 as proxy server, but this only work for any browser on PC-1 since in the browser we can configure the proxy. With this condition all other non browser application still not able to reach to the internet. Anyone know what should i do to enable PC-1 access to the internet?

    Apologies, I assume that you've already configured PC-2 as a proxy server. May I know what application you're using in PC-2 to be a proxy server?

    I believe given article is to setup PC-1 to use proxy server. How I can enable or make PC-2 as proxy server?

    Yes, kindly enable the proxy server on PC-2. Then setup the PC-1 to use the proxy server (PC-2).

    We must turn on the proxy server on PC-2 (PC with internet connection)? Any 3rd party tools or windows have native proxy server?
