How are you accessing the https link? Does this happen if you double-click a .URL (website shortcut) that points to a https location, such as https://www.bing.com/ ?
Hey whenever i try to open a https link from a website im encountering that that get an app to open this https link i tried resetting all default apps but it didnt worked

i tried unistalling and reinstalling chrome but it didnt worked it happening only when im opening a https link not when opening http link
