Message "Invalid Cursor" and "Unknown Error" when trying to open a Photo in a Group album on Facebook.

I'm seeing a message "Invalid Cursor"/ "Unknown Error" when trying to open any Photo in any Group album on Facebook. I have run multiple searches and don't see this error addressed. I don't know if this is a Windows 11, browser, or Facebook issue. I have accessed Facebook on my PC through Google and Bing and have cleared the History cache. This error only occurs on my PC, there is no issue on my mobile app. I also changed the cursor. Can anyone help narrow this down for me please? I suspect it's a Facebook issue but was hopeful someone could confirm it's not Windows related.
