I do think you have a hardware problem form your description, it would be best to bring your PC to a PC Repair Shop, it is not possible for me to say what the hardware problem is without any data to analyse.
Problems in Windows 11
Recently my Pc has been bugging out a lot which causes freezes and BSOD's. I reset my OS and even tried restore points and sfc scans but nothing works out, it just starts happening again. The freeze problem first occured while playing Valorant. It makes it so that the keyboard and mouse stops responding and the screen freezes completely. Some times the RGB lights on my mouse turned off and the NUM lock light on my keyboard. Other times the NUM lock light is stuck and doesn't turn off even i press the lock button. This problem has been around with me for a few months now. Below is a screenshot of a recent BSOD. I would appreciate any help for this problem. Thank You

2024-06-14T11:22:39+00:00 I tried a restore point but the display, mouse and keyboard won't work. The lights are off so they are not getting power but the light on case is on. The pc would power off and on again and again. I took the ssd with Windows out and put a recovery drive in but this on and off problem was still there. So I think it is a hardware issue. Any idea what could cause this to happen.

As a first troubleshooting step, completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.
A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

My antivirus also completed a pc clean up so that could have deleted those files.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
