How to fix the Edit system environment variables ->under System Variable ->Path (Popup not opning)

I'm trying to add a new path variable, but when I navigate to "Edit system environment variables" -> under System Variables -> Path, the popup that should open when I click on the Path variable isn't opening.

    Hi Ansuman,

    Open a Command Prompt window and type:

    • reg query "hklm\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment" /v path

    Copy the output and post it here.
